| Gal 1:23 But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed. | Gal 1:23 but only, they kept hearing, "He who once persecuted us is now preaching the faith which he once tried to destroy." | Gal 1:23 μόνον δὲ ἀκούοντες ἦσαν ὅτι ὁ διώκων ἡμᾶς ποτε νῦν εὐαγγελίζεται τὴν πίστιν ἥν ποτε ἐπόρθει, |
| Gal 1:24 And they glorified God in me. | Gal 1:24 And they were glorifying God because of me. | Gal 1:24 καὶ ἐδόξαζον ἐν ἐμοὶ τὸν θεόν. |
