Romans 16

Rom 16:2 That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also. (kjv) Rom 16:2 that you receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the saints, and that you help her in whatever matter she may have need of you; for she herself has also been a helper of many, and of myself as well. Rom 16:2 ἵνα αὐτὴν προσδέξησθε ἐν κυρίῳ ἀξίως τῶν ἁγίων, καὶ παραστῆτε αὐτῇ ἐν ᾧ ἂν ὑμῶν χρῄζῃ πράγματι, καὶ γὰρ αὐτὴ προστάτις πολλῶν ἐγενήθη καὶ ἐμοῦ αὐτοῦ.

Rom 16:5 Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my well-beloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ. (kjv) Rom 16:5 also greet the church that is in their house. Greet Epaenetus, my beloved, who is the first convert to Christ from Asia. Rom 16:5 καὶ τὴν κατ᾽ οἶκον αὐτῶν ἐκκλησίαν. ἀσπάσασθε ἐπαίνετον τὸν ἀγαπητόν μου, ὅς ἐστιν ἀπαρχὴ τῆς ἀσίας εἰς χριστόν.

Rom 16:8 Greet Amplias my beloved in the Lord. (kjv) Rom 16:8 Greet Ampliatus, my beloved in the Lord. Rom 16:8 ἀσπάσασθε ἀμπλιᾶτον τὸν ἀγαπητόν μου ἐν κυρίῳ.
Rom 16:9 Salute Urbane, our helper in Christ, and Stachys my beloved. (kjv) Rom 16:9 Greet Urbanus, our fellow worker in Christ, and Stachys my beloved. Rom 16:9 ἀσπάσασθε οὐρβανὸν τὸν συνεργὸν ἡμῶν ἐν χριστῶ καὶ στάχυν τὸν ἀγαπητόν μου.
Rom 16:10 Salute Apelles approved in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus' household. (kjv) Rom 16:10 Greet Apelles, the approved in Christ. Greet those who are of the household of Aristobulus. Rom 16:10 ἀσπάσασθε ἀπελλῆν τὸν δόκιμον ἐν χριστῶ. ἀσπάσασθε τοὺς ἐκ τῶν ἀριστοβούλου.
Rom 16:11 Salute Herodion my kinsman. Greet them that be of the household of Narcissus, which are in the Lord. (kjv) Rom 16:11 Greet Herodion, my kinsman. Greet those of the household of Narcissus, who are in the Lord. Rom 16:11 ἀσπάσασθε ἡρῳδίωνα τὸν συγγενῆ μου. ἀσπάσασθε τοὺς ἐκ τῶν ναρκίσσου τοὺς ὄντας ἐν κυρίῳ.
Rom 16:12 Salute Tryphena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute the beloved Persis, which laboured much in the Lord. (kjv) Rom 16:12 Greet Tryphaena and Tryphosa, workers in the Lord. Greet Persis the beloved, who has worked hard in the Lord. Rom 16:12 ἀσπάσασθε τρύφαιναν καὶ τρυφῶσαν τὰς κοπιώσας ἐν κυρίῳ. ἀσπάσασθε περσίδα τὴν ἀγαπητήν, ἥτις πολλὰ ἐκοπίασεν ἐν κυρίῳ.
Rom 16:13 Salute Rufus chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine. (kjv) Rom 16:13 Greet Rufus, a choice man in the Lord, also his mother and mine. Rom 16:13 ἀσπάσασθε ῥοῦφον τὸν ἐκλεκτὸν ἐν κυρίῳ καὶ τὴν μητέρα αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐμοῦ.
Rom 16:14 Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren which are with them. (kjv) Rom 16:14 Greet Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas and the brethren with them. Rom 16:14 ἀσπάσασθε ἀσύγκριτον, φλέγοντα, ἑρμῆν, πατροβᾶν, ἑρμᾶν, καὶ τοὺς σὺν αὐτοῖς ἀδελφούς.
Rom 16:15 Salute Philologus, and Julia, Nereus, and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints which are with them. (kjv) Rom 16:15 Greet Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints who are with them. Rom 16:15 ἀσπάσασθε φιλόλογον καὶ ἰουλίαν, νηρέα καὶ τὴν ἀδελφὴν αὐτοῦ, καὶ ὀλυμπᾶν, καὶ τοὺς σὺν αὐτοῖς πάντας ἁγίους.
Rom 16:16 Salute one another with an holy kiss. The churches of Christ salute you. (kjv) Rom 16:16 Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the churches of Christ greet you. Rom 16:16 ἀσπάσασθε ἀλλήλους ἐν φιλήματι ἁγίῳ. ἀσπάζονται ὑμᾶς αἱ ἐκκλησίαι πᾶσαι τοῦ χριστοῦ.
Rom 16:17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. (kjv) Rom 16:17 Now I urge you, brethren, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them. Rom 16:17 παρακαλῶ δὲ ὑμᾶς, ἀδελφοί, σκοπεῖν τοὺς τὰς διχοστασίας καὶ τὰ σκάνδαλα παρὰ τὴν διδαχὴν ἣν ὑμεῖς ἐμάθετε ποιοῦντας, καὶ ἐκκλίνετε ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν·
Rom 16:18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. (kjv) Rom 16:18 For such men are slaves, not of our Lord Christ but of their own appetites; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting. Rom 16:18 οἱ γὰρ τοιοῦτοι τῶ κυρίῳ ἡμῶν χριστῶ οὐ δουλεύουσιν ἀλλὰ τῇ ἑαυτῶν κοιλίᾳ, καὶ διὰ τῆς χρηστολογίας καὶ εὐλογίας ἐξαπατῶσιν τὰς καρδίας τῶν ἀκάκων.
Rom 16:19 For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil. (kjv) Rom 16:19 For the report of your obedience has reached to all; therefore I am rejoicing over you, but I want you to be wise in what is good and innocent in what is evil. Rom 16:19 ἡ γὰρ ὑμῶν ὑπακοὴ εἰς πάντας ἀφίκετο· ἐφ᾽ ὑμῖν οὗν χαίρω, θέλω δὲ ὑμᾶς σοφοὺς εἶναι εἰς τὸ ἀγαθόν, ἀκεραίους δὲ εἰς τὸ κακόν.
Rom 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. (kjv) Rom 16:20 The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you. Rom 16:21 Timotheus my workfellow, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen, salute you. (kjv) Rom 16:21 Timothy my fellow worker greets you, and so do Lucius and Jason and Sosipater, my kinsmen. Rom 16:21 ἀσπάζεται ὑμᾶς τιμόθεος ὁ συνεργός μου, καὶ λούκιος καὶ ἰάσων καὶ σωσίπατρος οἱ συγγενεῖς μου.
Rom 16:22 I Tertius, who wrote this epistle, salute you in the Lord. (kjv) Rom 16:22 I, Tertius, who write this letter, greet you in the Lord. Rom 16:22 ἀσπάζομαι ὑμᾶς ἐγὼ τέρτιος ὁ γράψας τὴν ἐπιστολὴν ἐν κυρίῳ.
Rom 16:23 Gaius mine host, and of the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus the chamberlain of the city saluteth you, and Quartus a brother. (kjv) Rom 16:23 Gaius, host to me and to the whole church, greets you. Erastus, the city treasurer greets you, and Quartus, the brother. Rom 16:23 ἀσπάζεται ὑμᾶς γάϊος ὁ ξένος μου καὶ ὅλης τῆς ἐκκλησίας. ἀσπάζεται ὑμᾶς ἔραστος ὁ οἰκονόμος τῆς πόλεως καὶ κούαρτος ὁ ἀδελφός.

Rom 16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, (kjv) Rom 16:25 Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which has been kept secret for long ages past, Rom 16:25 [τῶ δὲ δυναμένῳ ὑμᾶς στηρίξαι κατὰ τὸ εὐαγγέλιόν μου καὶ τὸ κήρυγμα ἰησοῦ χριστοῦ, κατὰ ἀποκάλυψιν μυστηρίου χρόνοις αἰωνίοις σεσιγημένου
Rom 16:26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: (kjv) Rom 16:26 but now is manifested, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all the nations, leading to obedience of faith; Rom 16:26 φανερωθέντος δὲ νῦν διά τε γραφῶν προφητικῶν κατ᾽ ἐπιταγὴν τοῦ αἰωνίου θεοῦ εἰς ὑπακοὴν πίστεως εἰς πάντα τὰ ἔθνη γνωρισθέντος,
Rom 16:27 To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.(kjv) Rom 16:27 to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, be the glory forever. Amen. Rom 16:27 μόνῳ σοφῶ θεῶ διὰ ἰησοῦ χριστοῦ ᾧ ἡ δόξα εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας· ἀμήν.]
