Psalm 26
Psa 26:1 Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide. Psa 26:1 Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity, And I have trusted in the Lord without wavering. Psa 26:1 τοῦ Δαυιδ κρῖνόν με κύριε ὅτι ἐγὼ ἐν ἀκακίᾳ μου ἐπορεύθην καὶ ἐπὶ τῷ κυρίῳ ἐλπίζων οὐ μὴ ἀσθενήσω
Psa 26:2 Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart. Psa 26:2 Examine me, O Lord, and try me; Test my mind and my heart. Psa 26:2 δοκίμασόν με κύριε καὶ πείρασόν με πύρωσον τοὺς νεφρούς μου καὶ τὴν καρδίαν μου
Psa 26:3 For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth. Psa 26:3 For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth. Psa 26:3 ὅτι τὸ ἔλεός σου κατέναντι τῶν ὀφθαλμῶν μού ἐστιν καὶ εὐηρέστησα ἐν τῇ ἀληθείᾳ σου
Psa 26:4 I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers. Psa 26:4 I do not sit with deceitful men, Nor will I go with pretenders. Psa 26:4 οὐκ ἐκάθισα μετὰ συνεδρίου ματαιότητος καὶ μετὰ παρανομούντων οὐ μὴ εἰσέλθω
Psa 26:5 I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked. Psa 26:5 I hate the assembly of evildoers, And I will not sit with the wicked. Psa 26:5 ἐμίσησα ἐκκλησίαν πονηρευομένων καὶ μετὰ ἀσεβῶν οὐ μὴ καθίσω
Psa 26 6 I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD Psa 26:6 I shall wash my hands in innocence, And I will go about Your altar, O Lord, Psa 26:6 νίψομαι ἐν ἀθῴοις τὰς χεῖράς μου καὶ κυκλώσω τὸ θυσιαστήριόν σου κύριε
Psa 26:7 That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works. Psa 26:7 That I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving And declare all Your wonders. Psa 26:7 τοῦ ἀκοῦσαι φωνὴν αἰνέσεως καὶ διηγήσασθαι πάντα τὰ θαυμάσιά σου
Psa 26:8 LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth. Psa 26:8 O Lord, I love the habitation of Your house And the place where Your glory dwells. Psa 26:8 κύριε ἠγάπησα εὐπρέπειαν οἴκου σου καὶ τόπον σκηνώματος δόξης σου
Psa 26:9 Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men: Psa 26:9 Do not take my soul away along with sinners, Nor my life with men of bloodshed, Psa 26:9 μὴ συναπολέσῃς μετὰ ἀσεβῶν τὴν ψυχήν μου καὶ μετὰ ἀνδρῶν αἱμάτων τὴν ζωήν μου
Psa 26:10 In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes. Psa 26:10 In whose hands is a wicked scheme, And whose right hand is full of bribes. Psa 26:10 ὧν ἐν χερσὶν ἀνομίαι ἡ δεξιὰ αὐτῶν ἐπλήσθη δώρων
Psa 26:11 But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me. Psa 26:11 But as for me, I shall walk in my integrity; Redeem me, and be gracious to me. Psa 26:11 ἐγὼ δὲ ἐν ἀκακίᾳ μου ἐπορεύθην λύτρωσαί με καὶ ἐλέησόν με
Psa 26:12 My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the LORD. Psa 26:12 My foot stands on a level place; In the congregations I shall bless the Lord. Psa 26:12 ὁ γὰρ πούς μου ἔστη ἐν εὐθύτητι ἐν ἐκκλησίαις εὐλογήσω σε κύριε
